The location for this hotel is not far from those popular cafe were you get best view of Mount Batur especially during sunrise time. During the arrival time, the staff has assist us nicely. Staff help is to take our stuff to our room and this is really appreaciate because need to step on to stair to go down before reach our room. The choice of breakfast is limited between the Indonesian fried rice or noodle, bread or pancake serve with coffee or tea and fruit. The room we stay is the Deluxe type with mountain view the size of the room and bathroom is spacious. Cleanliness is average, tidy but there is some smell from the kinda outdated furniture and the towel that we use. No aircond available because the place is really cold and there has bath tub plus water heater that really help with the cold temperature there.

Stayed for 3 nights, the view was very cool, straight from the room to the volcano. The rooms are spacious but dirty. For 3 nights, no one cleaned up once, towels and linen were not changed. Staying a couple of nights is ok. Access to the hotel is only by transport.

The employees seem to have not received basic training.
When I checked in, when I saw that the coupon was very luxurious, it seemed to be a standard room.
There are no other guests, such as how many I booked, where did I book, etc. I was tied to the lobby for more than 30 minutes.
Breakfast is definitely included, but there is no staff in the morning.
This is a hotel older than the picture,
There is a thumb-sized cockroach in the bathroom,
I cannot sleep due to the smell of the bathroom.
Recommended for those who want to break up with their lover.
