Overall, I rated this hotel as Good. But there are some minor points that needs improvements. I dont know the intentions of the owner. Let me put it this way, if you already have full focus on maintenance and renewal of some airconditioners, then is ok. Because I cant stand the noisy airco's. By the way, the thermostat knob was already broken. The staff are very friendly en service minded. I do give positive criticism for you to improve. If you dont want to improve is also fine. The trash bin in toilet at Ground floor (close to reception), see photo, you need to bend over and open the lid to put something in there, is too much work and your hands will become dirty again when you touch that lid. Then the breakfast: You get what you paid for, yes I understand. A slightly minor comment: Make the closing (10 am) a smooth closing, dont rushing into it, customers are not awake yet. Im getting nervous when personel are clearly making cleaning noises. Overall it is a good hotel. Keep on going make things pretty and sturdy. Terima kasih. Freddy.

The room was absolutely boiling as the air con barely worked, I had to use a portable fan I had purchased myself. In addition to this my bed sheets had a cigarette burn in them and were filthy. Staff barely spoke English which made it hard to communicate and were not very helpful in assisting on issues pertaining to the hotels flaws.

We (myself, my husband, daughter, son, brothers, sister in laws and nieces) made Grand Ixora our family home while adventuring in Kuta for 10 nights and more. We loved everything about this very cosy, comfortable and beautiful hotel. From morning to night every single day, we were greeted with friendly smiles from every area of the hotel - from the restaurant staff to the reception staff to the pool and bar staff to the parking and security staff to the room cleaning and gardening staff. The food at breakfast buffet was varied and very yummy. The room was super clean and aircond was super cold at its minimum setting. The pool (and its lush gardens) is a nice place to relax in the morning or after a day out, complete, with balinese music and calming waterfall feature in the background. Location wise, it was central to our shopping and entertainment needs. Close within walking distance to 3 different malls, to massage and beauty places, to street shops, to 2 different padel courts, to countless restaurants and bars, to Waterbom Park, to airport. Overall, we are very happy with our family stay here, and we will definitely be back many times again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Grand Ixora! 🙂💕

Great value for monry I could not be happier, the staff were lovely to deak with, and the little vietnam bar next door does gret food and goof dor drinks and a laugh.straight into the pool from my room...loved my stay there

I made a reservation for a cool ac room, they did turn on the aircon before i came there, but unfortunately the aircon at the room is really really super hot

The service was fantastic. The room was exactly as I expected, cleaned every day new towels and all my slbelonging were perfectly safe. Food and location was great. Very happy
