During my recent trip to the coastal city, I had the pleasure of staying at The Oceanview Resort, a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a special experience. The resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for both relaxation and adventure. Location and Ambiance The first thing that struck me about The Oceanview Resort was its stunning location. Perched on a cliff overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the bay, the hotel boasts panoramic views that are nothing short of breathtaking. The 100 Sunset Hotel in Kuta has impressed us time and again during our stays over seven weeks. We stayed there four times in total and felt warmly welcomed every time. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, friendliness, and top-notch service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The extremely friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention, always striving to meet our needs and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the hotel is ideal—central yet quiet. You can quickly reach the main attractions in Kuta while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The pool area is another highlight, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The 100 Sunset Hotel is definitely a place we are happy to return to. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next stay!

it's a clean and nice hotel. Good facilities, AC is cool, the food is OK. Overall it's worth the price

Pros: the breakfast was fine(but the coffee was very weak), staff were polite, room was an okay size for our three night stay Cons: room floor was swept but not mopped, the water from the 'toilet shower' smelt like sewage, the pool was closed for the duration of our stay, the hotel was tired looking Long story: On our first night there was a group of students (maybe middle school). They ran around and made noise, but luckily they stopped at around 10pm. On our last night the hotel hosted another group of students(maybe high school age). They were running around the corridors, shouting, ringing doorbells and generally being loud. There was also an event in the ballroom with loud music. At about 9pm we asked the front desk about when the event would finish and when the noise would be controlled. We were told 10pm. A little after 10pm the event finished, but the students were hanging around the pool area(the rooms surround the pool area) being loud, and still running around the corridors. I called the front desk and complained. Someone spoke to them and they were quieter for a while, but still in the pool area. The noise gradually increased and a little after 11pm someone rang our doorbell and ran away(possibly an honest mistake). We returned to the front desk and complained. We asked to speak to the teachers and told the desk worker that the students shouldn't be in the outside common area at that time. Basically nothing was done to control them. At about 1am our neighbor(one of the students) was on their balcony watching tiktok at full volume. We asked them to be quiet and they were, but even after that there were students moving about, the odd shouts or loud laughs and doorbell sounds. Our night's sleep was ruined. The hotel did basically nothing to control the levels of sound and ensure the comfort of their guests. We were extremely disappointed. Up until that point we were mainly satisfied. The hotel should have a policy to ensure student groups behave in a way that doesn't disturb other guests. They should either ensure they are in their rooms by a certain time or only allow student groups if they hire out the whole hotel.
