From the first day I arrived, every room had mold. I requested to move because the black mold was already visible everywhere. Unfortunately, after only two weeks in the second room, the mold grew even faster due to the tropical climate, and management did not seem willing to address the issue.
I work from my room every day, and staying in these conditions has left me constantly feeling tired with red, irritated eyes. It has made my stay very uncomfortable.
I also cannot recommend this property because the housekeeping standards were poor.
