Everything was great. It was my 3rd stayed there. Excellent location right next to big shopping mall "Beach Walk", only 7 minute walk to Kuta Beach. Breakfast was delicious and the pool has stunning view. The room also had Balcony. Definitely will be back again if I go to Bali.

From the minute I checked into hotel the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and pool bar was a great touch for afternoon heat. When I came to the room, it was large, which ment the A/C had a hard time cooling off room. I did fall when A/C condensation dripped onto the floor. The breakfast buffet not worth the money, personal opinion. The restaurant out front had decent food and cold beer, that’s a plus. Would I recommend this hotel, yes, would I stay there again? Yes I would.

Environment: The room was damp and there were ants. I got bitten and the bites didn't heal for a long time. Service: The service was okay. Facilities: There's a swimming pool and a currency exchange right outside, which is good. The room has a balcony, so you can hang clothes after washing them.

We stayed at this hotel for two days, and the location was excellent. It's only a ten-minute walk to the beach. The downside was that it was very windy, causing the windows to rattle constantly, which made it hard to fall asleep.

We have stayed at the Grand Barong a few times and have always been very happy with the place. The staff are always friendly and accommodating with whatever we have asked for. The pools are lovely and pool bar staff are very lovely. They responded quick to maintenance issues. We definitely would recommend Grand Barong to our friends and family
