The room is spacious but the hotel is far away from the market and activities but there is free transport. They give you only 2 water bottles per day and if you want more its too costly. The pool was clean and good. But bathroom needs more cleaning.

for our 5th or 6th stay at the payogan, during these 9 days, everything was still wonderful: villa, calm, park, jungle view, and efficient staff, with a special mention to Kumba, waiter at the restaurant who is efficient, attentive, helpful...and multilingual, important to us! This Hotel was amazing I have never been to Bali so I was in ore of it all. The rooms were clean, spacious and had beautiful views from the balcony, and all around the grounds a jungle feel as it was right up in the hills. I came with a friend and we had two separate rooms (above each other). My bed was the biggest I have ever seen and was so comfortable with beautifully clean bedding. The mosquito nets were perfect and I had no problems with mosquitos. We really loved the food all cooked beautifully and was very tasty. All the staff were attentive and so friendly especially Kumba an Wyan. I had a wonderful massage at the spa with warm stones, an infused bath, and then warm tea with cinnamon & honey to sip, a marvellous experience. We also enjoyed some traditional Balinese dancing, of which I joined in. A fantastic stay and can’t recommend highly enough.

Great stay Pool amazing Staff lovely and helpful Grounds amazing Spa excellent Breakfast great choice and good food Restaurant buffet great with good range Normal restaurant first visit very poor- we had crispy pork and chicken curry- both terrible but we have it another whirl and had steak and prawn Singapore and both much better so I think it it depends what you choose. Overall highly recommend

Very good Hotel isolated from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, ideal to recharge after the many activities to do around! Ask for the villas from 105 to 108 for the magnificent view of the jungle from the infinity pool! The staff is at the top, especially Sugiarta! He was very available and attentive to the slightest problem and provided us with very good advice for our visits and travel! We will come back

Thanks to Adi, Gunta and Reedi for making our stay memorable. Room 105 with a pool was amazing. Not only was it very private, but it had the best view and was close to amenities. Shuttle service was very convenient and nothing was too much for any staff member. Wish we could have stayed there longer!

Amazing place, very unique, beautiful and inspiring. The views are breathtaking)) we have really enjoyed a panoramic pool, thankfully the weather was great I want to thank all the staff for their hospitality and warmth, and especially Kumba, he so welcoming and nice, his service was impeccable, very professional but also unobtrusive Great job, thank you so much🙏🏻
