I had an awesome experience.I stayed in an adult area of the resort so we had privacy and our own pool besides the main pool.The only downside is the amount of mosquitoes at the poolside.There’s no lift at building but it’s ok.Maybe if you want to book here next time check with the resort if the have lifts cos not all building in the resort have it.Breakfast is good.Overall this resort is for those who wish to stay in the resort and move around nearby.

I’m glad I chose this complex. It’s well laid out in beautiful gardens. The staff clearly look after you and are all happy and engaging. It’s right on the beach, there are restaurants and little shops nearby with cheap goods. The breakfast was nice and plenty of variety. There were bicycles and kayaks to use if you wanted and lots and lots of sunbeds. There’s a little private beach. One disappointment the water was a little littered with rubbish even there which put me off swimming altogether in the sea which I normally do. I was upgraded to a bungalow accommodation which was very nice more space. However I found my location which is near the restaurant a little noisy at night and first thing in the morning I was woken by the staff sweeping leaves at seven. I’m a light sleeper. I didn’t try the restaurant. I think it’s probably a little bit expensive. I tried the local on the beach bar which was okay. I will definitely stay here again. The pools were clean, well kept and inviting. I didn’t see any children which were me as an older guest was quite nice as the pool was quiet and relaxing

It’s not perfect.  But it’ without being critical for minor things I think it is 5 star easy.  Breakfast    I have a lot better   But it’s pretty good    Service excellent.    Staff excellent.    Were I think it needs updating.    It’s part of the balinesss character.    Buildings and pool areas are fantastic.    Gardens are amazing.   Overall definitely come back  Fantastic feel of just tranquility and peace

I enjoyed my stay at this resort very much! The resort is absolutely lovely. Nice restaurants, spas, beach and bars around the area. Staff responded quickly to requests and were welcoming. The area is quiet but busy enough for a bit of excitement. I definitely felt like it was more an area for couples and families. I did have a misunderstanding (verdict still out) with one of the staff, but the management made every effort to make up for it. I appreciated the effort, however as a solo traveler, some mishaps shouldn’t happen. Some one in a previous comment mentioned that they saw certain guests getting more attentiveness from staff, and I definitely experienced this from some. But it wasn’t over the top, they were still very nice, never disrespectful or anything. I was most disappointed in the breakfast. They served the same things everyday 😣, nothing change. But the banana & pineapple pancakes were DELICIOUS 🤤! I wanted more authentic Indonesian foods. Also There are no elevators to rooms on top floors so specify your preference when booking if stairs would be a problem. Would I stay again? Yes.

We had a fabulous 3 nights in the Santrian good breakfast , fabulous service , we were lucky enough to upgraded the the club room . Lots of pools and on the beach .
