Although it was only one night in the villa, we, (family with 3 children) really enjoyed it. The private pool was awesome (nice and deeper than most pools so it was good for swimming) and the villa was spacey and in good conditions. Just a little recommendation would to install some mosquitoe nets over the beds although the number of mosquitoes in the house was limited.
The hotel is next to Sanur beach with good spots for swimming, taking a walk or enjoying one of the many bars and restaurants.
The breakfast was delivered to our house in the morning and the staff was friendly all the time.
We can highly recommend this place.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever a problem to organise and the staff were always lovely to talk to. Included breakfast was very good quite a few choices. Very short walk to Sindhu beach. Spoilt for choice with many restaurants one after the other along Jalan Danau Tamblingan which is only about a 15 minute walk from the Villa. One bedroom pool villa was large and bed was very comfy. Bikes available from the hotel to ride along the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I had an excellent stay in a 2 bedroom villa. The staff were amazing and the villa was clean and very well maintained for an ageing property. The setup of the 2 bedroom villa is well suited for 2 couples or a family wanting the privacy of your own pool. The second bedroom has the same fit out with large bathroom and double vanity. Highly recommend this property!

Absolutely love staying here. It’s a hidden gem close to the beach and all the good restaurants. Clean, a lovely pool in the villa and breakfast served in the villa for even more privacy.
Finally the staff are amazing. From check in to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Always happy and welcoming. Can’t wait to book again.

A lovely relaxed place to stay. We had a very chilled 6 days at Mahapala just before Christmas. It is a little off the main ***** in Sanur, so it’s quiet with easy access to beach and a few local restaurants but a 15-20 min walk to the main stretch on Jo. Pungutan. It is clean and well-maintained by friendly staff. Air conditioned basic gym facilities n premises. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place to stay in Bali, the villas are a one minute walk from the beach!
The staff are exceptional, very friendly and kind!
The 2 bed room villa was amazing, clean and crisp with a large pool.
The breakfast is incredible, served in the villas each morning!
They picked us up from the airport, organised a day tour which where all fantastic!
If you are looking at this hotel, book it you won't be disappointed!!

I signed to trip advisor just to leave this review! Amazing experience, the two bedroom villas where massive and very clean! Big private pool with great day bed and sun loungers! Breakfast is fit for a king - it was exceptional The staff are very friendly and kind, they organised airport pick up and a day trip to the water temples - fantastic easy process! They also provided a bike for my mum to go cycling each day. If you're a family, honeymoon, couple or a single traveller you will be impressed! Its only. one mixture walk to the beach and markets! Thank you Villa Mahapala for a great experience! We will definitely stay here again!
