This was our second stay at The Club Villas in a one bedroom honeymoon villa. Lots of positives with this property. The villas are huge, lovely big pool, comfortable bed and extremely well situated in the heart of Seminyak. We loved being able to walk down the little back lane and be at the beach in under 10 minutes. We found the management to be responsive and helpful. The property is a little tired though and does need an update, tiles were missing in the pool and the odd power-point didn't work. However the price reflects this, it's a real bargain and we'd definitely stay there again.

We had a beautiful time after being upgraded to the honeymoon suite. Spacious room, outdoor dining and pool area. Definitely recommend paying a little more extra to get this over the standard rooms (which weren’t up to what we hoped). It’s a little dated and run down but the staff always ensured you got everything you want

Faultless!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From the moment you check in. The office staff make you feel welcome. 5 stars to Inten the receptionist. We were upgraded to the Honeymoon Villas and they were spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was sensational with our daily pool cleaners Putu & Gus taking care of all the details inc. supplying pool toys for me. The daily housekeepers are friends for life. The breakfast butler was always polite and lovely. Close to bars and restaurants and High end Shopping. No car or scooter required. Seminyak beach is a good 10 mins walk from the villas. Thanks to all for our 9night stay in Paradise. See you again, same place, same time in 2024. Mr. John & Sylvia. Villa 23

Stayed in Villa 17 which is a one bedroom pool Villa towards the back of the complex. The Villa itself is dated but extremely clean and pool and gardens well maintained. Large bedroom and bathroom with outdoor shower also. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The Villa is in a perfect location close to Eat Street. Staff at the Villa were extremely friendly and helpful breakfast was served on time every day. Fantastic value for money.

The villa was a huge and the private pool was well presented and sunny. Location is perfect - on a quiet street yet all the restaurants, bars and clubs were moments away. The staff were lovely and surprised me with a cake for my birthday. They also whatsapped me a few times to remind me I forgot to place my breakfast order. We stayed in villa 6 and it was a little dated and overlooked by the building across the street. The bathroom was huge and looked like it may have had some tropical plants and a tree in its past life (it had a cut out in the ceiling). The towels had a few marks on them so I requested new ones and was given another towel with fake tan stains. It was priced well though so you really can’t complain.

We stayed here during the last part of our trip to Bali. We booked their 2bdr villa. As compared with our stay in Ubud, the facilities were outdated. If you're after location, then this would be a good pick for you since the good restaurants, cafes and the Seminyak mall is merely a walk away. That's about it. The villa was spacious but it wasn't really anything special. Breakfast was okay and was served promptly as requested. The staff was very accommodating, responsive and helpful.

Location was sensational as were the staff. Unfortunately it is an expensive stay for a place that has not been maintained for some time. The smell from the leak in the toilet was unbearable, there was broken cupboard doors and I repaired damage everywhere. Our family stayed in other rooms and had showers not working and other issues. Breakfast was included but wasn’t fantastic so we opted for breakfast at a local cafe/restaurant called Revolver which was sensational. The pump in our pool didn’t work so this impacted on the filtering. Overall disappointing for the additional expense of the honeymoon suite!
