Ladera Villa Ubud

The room is really old. It's ok to say it's old, but it's not clean at all. The sheets were stained, the pillowcases were moldy, the kettle was not clean, and the quilt cover was damp. I was deceived by the pictures and booked three nights. Later I cancelled one night. When they cleaned the room, they didn't change anything. I asked them to change the bedding, but they only changed the pillowcase. I contacted Ctrip customer service, but they scratched my pants with the nails on the bedside while sitting on the edge of the bed. ****, I directly refunded another night. Fortunately, the customer service was helpful and contacted me to refund. I wasted hours just arguing about this hotel, what a bummer...

A stand-alone villa with a separate swimming pool, great! Just because the hotel may have some ideas, the facilities are a bit old. The location is very close to Ubud Palace and there is a spa shop next to it.
