Hotel was abit out of the way and nothing much was nearby. Hotel lobby looks okay but this is only from the outside, when entering the room, it was obvious that it lacks maintenance as the walls wear dirty. The toilet door couldn't close and the door to the balcony had a gap so hot air kept leaking in which cause our room to remain hot despite blasting the aircon. Informed staff multiple times and their response was to send someone to check it out, but the issue wasn't fix throughout our visit. Our room was facing the road as well and it was very noisy as sound was leaking through the balcony door gaps. The hotel pool was also dirty but we didn't have any plans to use it anyway. I feel this hotel needs a major revamp even though it is listed as a 4 star hotel. One the bright side the prices were one of the more reasonable ones in the area if you have a lower budget.

can't use the shower. when we arrived there were no towels and some bathroom light couldn't be turned on. parking is very limited and difficult. breakfast so so.. friendly employees but you really have to pay attention to the parking area

Very Far from the City!

The hotel was once good. The interior and space are well thought out, but everything is very worn out, plumbing, baseboards. The windows overlook the road, and there is a road uphill and you could hear bikes, as if they were in our room. That night there was a strong thunderstorm, at about 2 am the electricity was turned off and resumed only at 8 am, the air conditioner did not work, it was hot in the room. The elevator did not work either.

The sanitation conditions are worrying, with stains found on the sofa, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels. The ceiling decoration is also not good and looks shabby. The breakfast options are limited and the food quality is average. If I need to stay in a hotel next time, I will consider other hotels.

We lived in a room on the top floor, the air conditioning works very well in the room, it is clean and tidy, cleaning is done every day, but you can see that the hotel is a bit old, the bed linen was clean and white. The room is large and spacious, with a large balcony.

You get what you pay for. There are cockroaches in the room, the toilet seat is broken, the toilet paper can't be flushed down, it looks a bit old and dirty. It looks good for taking pictures. The room is big and the service is OK. The swimming pool is OK, but it seems that it is not very clear after swimming for a while... I booked a king-size bed room, but the full room was given twin beds. To be honest, if you have a higher budget, go to a resort. [The most strange thing is] When I was eating in the hotel restaurant, why did the waiter keep taking pictures of me with his mobile phone? And he didn't ask for my consent...
