I got a few bites from mosquitoes, the hotel food and drinks are expensive (not commensurate with the income level in Indonesia), and the doors and windows are not very safe. Everything else is good, the staff are very friendly and polite! Beach kids love it.

The hotel offered a spacious room with a small courtyard area, but despite being a sea view room, the sea wasn't easily visible from the room. The staff were friendly, and the beachside location was a plus with a pleasant pool area. Guests can enjoy walks or jogs along the beach and dine by the shore. However, if loud waves bother you, this might not be the ideal place as the sound of the waves can be quite noticeable

If you want to experience the real BALI, then this is THE place to stay. A beautiful resort with only 60 villas where every guest is treated as family. Bedroom and living room, although some furniture have shown better days, are artistically decorated with Indonesian arts. What makes the big difference is the staff. They are all amazing! Breakfast is fine and the manager there, pak Ladra, is wonderful and always offered us cappuccino to start our day. Dinner at Nelayan was wonderful. Delicious food and super friendly staff. We were treated to legong dance one evening and the staff even brought us a surprised birthday cake. I miss this place already and will certainly return when I visit Bali again ….

We moved to Jimbaran for the second part of our wedding anniversary trip after our travel agent suggested this hotel. We chose a beach villa that was gorgeous. The included buffet breakfast was delicious and the menu options were also wonderful. I recommend the French toast. We didn't enjoy our lunch on our first day since the cocktails were basically juice, so we ate elsewhere for the rest of the trip. There were only a few small issues that couldn't be changed by the staff so we didn't mention it. The wireless charger didn't work with our phones and there were not many empty outlets to use given the items in the room plugged in. We simply used the wireless usb-c to plug directly into one phone and then used the outlet by the TV to charge the second phone. When you are in the closet, the sliding door cover the TV. This is a design issue so we just made sure we had everything in the close in the evening before watching any TV, which we didn't do much anyway. There was suprising no bidet or sprayer in the bathroom. It would save a lot of toilet tissue to install bidet seats. I only used the pool for a short period since it go too hot on the beach. I like that there is a option to call a server if needed.

Staying in a Deluxe Pool Villa for 3 nights was absolutely magical. The attention to detail along with the very high level of service was divine. Breakfast was such a treat everyday with a wide selection of western & outstanding local cuisine. Nelayan Restaurant each night for dinner was on point with service. All meals were stunning and so reasonably priced in comparison to most 5 star resorts in Bali. Without a doubt the best resort / villa I’ve stayed in Bali.
