Great place. Clean, beautiful, in the center. Very green area.

The pool is dirty, and the hotel is far from the pier. The area itself is boring. Prices in the stores are higher than in the city center.

The staff are really friendly. However, there is a lot of noise around the accommodation

What a lovely place to stay in Ubud. Beautiful staff, super clean, loads of little touches (including international adaptors), pool was perfect, close to everything with amazing restaurants close by. Nothing was a problem, from getting our washing done, to lending us towels for a day trip, to changing room configurations immediately. We loved it and it made our holiday perfect. Thank you for making Ubud magical for us 🤍

The hotel has rooms located on the main street. However, due to the endless noise, it is impossible to sleep and get a good night's rest. The hotel did not warn at any time about the location of the room. The reservation says that the room faces the pool or garden.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a family room with my 3 kids. They served us welcome drink. Hotel is very good for a short stay. Located in heart of ubud. For me it was the best location in ubud with alot of restaurants around The hotel looks little old and used. But still clean felt like home very comfortable bed. They provide all amenities,water, tea & coffee as well. If u are looking for more quite room Request balcony on the pool which i feel is much quiter if u need deep sleep. We got room#2 with a balcony on the road. Its nice to see the life outside but little noisy at night. The staff were VERY FRIENDLY. Definitely will come again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The hotel is behind a Warung Makan Kedaton (Balinese local restaurant). The entrance of the hotel was so smelly! We requested a quiet family room, but we were given an upstairs family room which was next to the main road and next door playing band music throughout the night (up to 11pm). We couldn’t sleep due to the loud and constant noise from the traffic and the loud band music. When we wanted to change the room, first they refused to do it. The owner of this place (I Made Mardika) was so rude, and unprofessional and made racial comments during the telephone conversation. We have been traveling all over the world and never had this kind of unpleasant experience! The sales manager Ninit was not customer oriented. Finally, we managed to change the room (after wasting a half-day battle) to a quieter deluxe room which is cheaper than the family room. (Please note, no refund was offered or provided.) In our room water was leaking from the AC all the time; we could not use it. We have requested a repair, but their Engineers could not even fix it. The kettle wall socket was not installed properly and possible electrocution. We were given an old model Hair dryer which did not blow hot air. Upon our request only they provided an old model iron for a few hours to use it. The ironing board was so low, so we had to bend down and use it. We were told that they don’t provide milk or creamer to the rooms for tea and coffee. The only positive thing is that some of the Staff are very helpful and tried their best. This place is not even a 2-star hotel! We will never stay here again! This hotel is so much worse than what you will see in the pictures on their website.

Nice and clean family room with a spacious balcony. The pool isn't anything special but it's clean and has a good temperature (cooling but not too cold). They just have three sunbeds next to each other, so it's not like you'll lay down if one or more of them is already occupied. The location is good, and the kids said it was like going through a portal when you walk from the street through the lush green entry. It takes around 10 min to walk to Monkey Forrest and 20 min to the palace (49k with Grab). The staff is friendly and very helpful. The sign can be a little hard to spot when you arrive with a driver for the first time. So look for Kayana instead!
