I love this hotel so much, the service staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel breakfast was 10/10, my boyfriend was sick and had bali belly and they were able to deliver breakfast to my room upon request. They also recognise and reached out to us when they saw us at the lobby to check in on his condition. Check in and check out was very fast, staff was efficient, the experience was better compared to the other ini vie branches I was in. Miss this place and definitely will be back. P.S. the only lacking part I feel is that they have an Alexa in the hotel room but not connected to the devices in the room properly (other branch had no issue)

My partner and I recently celebrated a combined Valentine's Day and birthday getaway at the Amaera Resort Ubud and it was an absolutely magical experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel incredibly special. We were fortunate enough to stay in a unit with a private pool, which was not only beautifully designed and spacious but also impeccably clean. It provided the perfect private sanctuary for our romantic escape. The lush surroundings and tranquil atmosphere of the resort truly added to the overall sense of peace and relaxation. The staff at Amaera Resort Ubud truly deserve all the praise. Their service was friendly, attentive, and always anticipating our needs. They went above and beyond to make our celebrations unforgettable. On Valentine's Day morning, we were treated to a breathtaking floating breakfast in our private pool. It was such a romantic and unique experience, and the food was absolutely delicious! The presentation was stunning, and it made for some truly memorable photos. But the surprises didn't stop there! Upon returning to our villa after a day of exploring Ubud, we were delighted to find a beautifully decorated birthday cake waiting for me. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that truly touched me. It's these small touches that set Amaera Resort Ubud apart and make their guests feel truly valued. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Ubud, I highly recommend Amaera Resort Ubud. Their exceptional service, stunning villas, and attention to detail make it the perfect place to celebrate special occasions or simply unwind and reconnect. We were still given a little small gift before we departed from the villa, kudos to each and every one of the staff which made our first trip to Bali an unforgettable and memorable one, till next time!

Really like their one bedroom villa with private pool. Best for couple or friends who just want to hang around a pool and have a great time. Resort is also very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything is so nice. Some of the hotel room features are quite outdated, such as the hair dryer and the kettle (and they use a different plug rather than the local ones). However, everything's amazing. Fresh water pool with amazing local food from the restaurant. (Really recommend the fried noodles from NORI)

The stay was wonderful and I would strongly recommend anyone who stays here to try out the hotel breakfast. However do note that although Trip stated that there’s a king sized bed, this hotel only provides queen size

Hotel staff are very friendly. Book early if you want to request for breakfast in pool or even pool decor for celebrating your special day. There's also a spa but not to my satisfaction but its good if you had a little body sore and go for a quick massage. If you're craving for Bebek Tepi Sawah, its just a few steps away from the hotel. Location of the hotel is quite far from main attraction but if you're looking for privacy, this hotel is nice
