Check-in at 2 PM – perfect! 👍 The entrance was a bit run-down, which surprised me initially. But as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a lush forest view~♡ I could hear the sound of the stream, and the green cushions were so pretty. It felt like a new world unfolding, just like Alice in Wonderland. I was surprised by the moss on the resort walls, but the walking trails are absolutely beautiful. After enjoying the welcome pineapple and carrot juice, I went to my room, which was even cleaner and prettier, so I was very satisfied! Even though there's only one infinity pool, it's incredibly beautiful. When I went for a night swim, I even saw three fireflies. With a convenience store and currency exchange right in front, and various restaurants and amenities within walking distance, it's triple-good! It was a shame there wasn't a yoga program, but the free snapshot service helped us create some lovely memories. There's also a free afternoon tea service from 3-5 PM, though it's quite modest.

The location is absolutely breathtaking—nestled in lush jungle surroundings with stunning views that perfectly capture the magic and tranquility of Ubud. It’s peaceful and secluded, yet still close enough to explore the town easily. The resort was immaculately clean, with beautifully maintained villas and common areas that made our stay incredibly comfortable. You can tell great care is taken in every detail. We were also thoroughly impressed with the food. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, with a wonderful mix of local Balinese flavors and international options. Dining at the resort was a highlight of our stay. Overall, Pita Maha Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a wonderful stay at Pita Maha Ubud . It has amazing views both from the lobby and in our villa. The staff are amazing, super friendly and happy. Hotel Breakfast is pretty good with small buffet and you get to choose main meal too. Highly recommend dinner at hotel restaurant , great service , nice views and quality food! There are also some nice restaurants and spas within walking distance. If you are looking for a quiet family stay with plenty to do and beautiful scenery , try Pita Maha Ubud!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at pita maha. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room amenities were of good quality & the views from our balcony were beautiful. The pool is also clean and well maintained. The whole resort was well maternity staff daily cleaning and decorating walkways etc. the only downfall I can think of was that to get to the rooms is a bit of a walk which also included several steps. I had also suggested at the time of checking out that staff can maybe look into covering food items that are on display at the buffet at breakfast. Overall, a good stay. Ideal for couple’s

Exelent and real authentic luxury balinese villa in an amazing nature context. Service exelent. The only real big problem, very common in Bali, is the smell of plastic burned from local people near the hotel that comes inside the room and it was very difficult to breathe. What a shame, in the middle of a Indonesian forest, can't breathe fresh and clean air. Local people are used to burn waste. Probably I will never come back again in this Island.

Fantastic hotel! Absolutely gorgeous, with wonderful staff, and the chefs prepare outstanding food (honestly, the best steak we've had in Bali to date). The only minor drawback is a rooster living somewhere in the vicinity.

Fantastic hotel! After experiencing stays in the bustling downtown and at stunning beach resorts, we opted for a rainforest hotel for our final night. We had originally hoped to capture some beautiful photos at the infinity pool and truly soak in the rainforest ambiance. However, the weather had other plans; it started raining just as we were about to arrive and didn't let up until 8 PM. To our dismay, the infinity pool closed at 6 PM. What a bummer! The constant croaking of large bullfrogs definitely added to the rainforest atmosphere. The welcome drinks were quite unique, and the room was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's vicinity also boasted many popular '网红' (Instagram-worthy) restaurants, which was a huge plus. We hope to come back and experience it properly next time!
