They just pointed vaguely in a direction and expected them to figure it out, and no one offered water either. The air conditioning was cut off at 11 AM, even though checkout was at 12 PM. Staff members on the way didn't smile or greet us; even the cleaning staff were more friendly. The front desk service was good, though, as they allowed us a 2-hour late checkout. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety and quality, and there were even Chinese instructions. The hotel also has front desk staff who speak Chinese.
