Awful experience, noisy old animation team of French origin, hateful songs, very bad quality of sound around the pool, and the noise noise only noise with micro phones, awful experience overall. I never had this awful noise experience in my life.

First night was horrendous, spent it in a box room over a garage with hole in door where someone had punched it & air con that didnt work. Next morning the receptionist sorted us a superior room which we had paid for. Breakfast was fine, quality of food available on lunch & dinner was ad-hoc & sometimes strange!!! Veggie option, meat option, pasta with sauce & a tray full of sprouts??!! All inclusive alcohol was given in small kiddie type plastic cups n watered down. All the entertainment was aimed at the french guests, quizzes, karaoke, music nights, all in french! Kids club was for the french, no ice cream for the kids all day, only available after evening meal!!?! We spent most of our £700 spending money on meals & alcohol away from the hotel. The beach was nearby & was beautiful as were local people & local bwrs & restaurants. Loved Bali, disappointed at the hotel, wont stay there again.

Went to the Resol Liza Mary for two weeks and returned two days ago. We booked a superior room with sea view and a standard room. After arriving at around 2300 hours we were directed to a building across the road from the main site up some stairs above a shop. The room was less than standard. No sea view and not in any stretch of the imagination superior. The bathroom was poor the tv didn’t work the light switches worked in any random order. We complained the next morning and had already looked round the site and noticed some rooms had private pools, not advertised on any of the holiday websites or even the hotels own site and social media. We eventually managed to get better rooms but paid an extra 600 for one with a pool. Is was disappointed that the staff didn’t understand that two rooms next to each other were not of a superior description and they would have been quite happy for us to stay in them for the duration of our stay. I am aware that an all inclusive will have restrictions on drinks, not a problem. Food was adequate at best but the place was geared towards French visitors, most of the entertainment staff were French and geared there approach to the French visitors. It would be good for backpackers and those who like hostels

+Great location, the beach is like a couple of minutes away. + Rooms get cleaned daily. Towel change.. Don't know. + Food is so so. If you aren't too picky (which I am not). +Free AC. Most of the hotels i've been to required additional money for AC. - When we arrived we were given a dirty room. Dirty mirror, unclean shower. Full ashtray as a welcome gift :) - Small parking. Only 2-3 cars fit. But not a big problem

Bali itself is a beautiful place although very hilly.with some lovely tavernas. .Stayed at the Lisa Mari..but found it grubby.most awful repetitive food..Our toilet in our room had no door on it.until the 8th day. ,good job It was my hubby I was with.. sheets were changed on the 9th day we were there for 10. The pool needed a clean although you get insects etc on an outdoor pool.they only used a net once.. .They had hand sanitiser gloves in the dining room, but noone was wearing them apart from us.We felt safer eating out of the hotel in the tavernas.,although the staff were wearing masks but not correctly..Staff were very unfriendly apart from lady in reception...wish I had researched this hotel a bit more before I had booked it...Yes it was very cheap...but not for us.they have the makings of a lovely hotel..outside eating area etc.shame it was so run down.

pro`s the position is good, great pool, nice clean rooms reception is very helpful cons . the food is awful, it's not labelled so not sure what it is the staff when asked don't know what it contains ( i have a cheese allergy asked there is any cheese n this answers dont know the second person answers not sure ) if they served this food in British prisons there would be a riot the food in the restaurants and bars outside of the hotel is a very good standard all inclusive consists of coffee .tea , dreadful wine and lager nothing else had to go to restuarant fr drinks (when open )for drinks as pool bar closed if you go here go self catering or bnb

As a family we have stayed in various all inclusives in crete opting for 3 star as thats all we could afford and we've always enjoyed our stay. We know that rooms sometimes are basic showers not always fab and drinks not always great but for what we pay we have always enjoyed our holiday. We read the reviews on Lisa mary and ignored most as we know some people want 5* at 3* prices but I've got to say this hotel is by far the worst ever!!! Placed in the furthest away room right at the top was a ball ache after being delayed and arriving after midnight, we was shattered starving and thirsty, the receptionist gave us water and told us about the shop down the road, great don't know how others were offered sandwiches. Anyway our room spacious with 4 single beds ( worst beds ever and I can sleep anywhere) had 1 single wardrobe, a dressing table but no chair and only 2 chairs on balcony. Not major issues but added to the list was just something else to bug us. The staff we found friendly considering we couldn't communicate well. The cleaners worked hard changing toilet bin everday and towels every couple days. Ive never wrote a harsh review as I think if you look for faults you can find them but here you don't need to look!! FOOD OMG theres no words really someone else put a review on saying salad for breakfast and I laughed but its true, the foods very very limited and not labelled. Chips every day, chicken drumsticks every day and salad. There's hardly any choice so we opted to eat out a few times as 2 weeks of chios and salad was making me ill. The restaurant that we opted to call the canteen wasn't big enough for the amount of people and we dreaded going in. DRINKS what drinks???? No really what drinks, ni pool bar as in pics no self serve ok covid...but no spirits at all not even there own, there's beer wine in a shot glass and ouzo or raki that's it, so we had to buy our own. No entertainment which we knew but no music and 10.30 bar closes and lights go off so nowhere sit so most went round pool on loungers in the dark!! Ok not end of world but another thing to be annoyed about! Pool was lovely not as big as pic suggests but going canteen fir a drink became a ball ache as they close it 30 mins before and after food to clean which is ok but means waiting for a drink (coke) that tasted ok. The liza Mary cocktail yiu can gave raki fizzy orange and red syrup was quite good to be fair. This hotel wasn't really a hotel we paid £2500 for 3 of us but in end wasn't really a cheap hols as we had to go out and get food/drinks. If you are vegetarian DO NOT COME only carrots on no fish or any other options. If you are lactose intolerant or have any food intolerance I'd avoid. All other places we've stayed have had so much more on offer than here and for us after 2 weeks we were fed up aching from no comfy seats and hungry, my daughter basically ate water melon for 2 weeks and we aren't fussy we love to try different cousine but was nothing on offer.

My family and I stayed all inclusive for a week at Hotel Lisa Mari and really enjoyed it. We arrived around midnight and although this wasn't a set meal time, we were greeted by a staff member with the option of sandwiches, fruit and drinks, which we really appreciated. As a family of 4 we had two twin rooms which were basic (as expected, we didn't pay for luxury!) but cleaned every day, including bleaching of the floors and emptying of the bins. There was air conditioning included and one of the twins rooms was situated on the top floor and had a beautiful sea view from the balcony which was a treat to wake up to in the morning. The shower was not completely ideal as water tended to splash out past the shower curtain and dampen the floor, but I have to say that the floor tended to dry quickly and the cleaners would clear the water if the floor was wet when they came to the room. The beds weren't the most comfortable. The inclusive meals were varied, lots of salad at every meal but the main dishes were always different, and some were particularly delicious, but nonetheless all very edible and lots to choose from. There were no proper desserts served, even after dinner, although there was always an abundance of fruit (lots of juicy melon). At meal times there were often lots of cats in the area which was not a problem for us as cat lovers, but they would not disturb you if you simply ignored them. The all inclusive drinks were standard but still a nice range, the Lisa Mari cocktail was good. The pool was immaculate and a lovely place to relax and we never had trouble getting a sunbed. We felt welcomed by the pool. Soft music was also played by the pool which was a nice touch yet equally inoffensive if you're not interested by it as it was not played loudly. There was also free wifi by the pool and some other areas such as the lobby, but unfortunately not in the rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Georgiana and Liza who was always very warm and accommodating. The location of the hotel was ideal; a few local shops to pick up the essentials/souvenirs and 2 gorgeous beaches within a 5 minute walk in both directions. It is a quiet place, however if you wished to continue into the night there are plenty of lovely local tavernas; Another recommendation would be the Golden Sun taverna which offered a beach view too. There was nice food and they hosted a special Greek night on the Friday which was great fun - traditional dancing, music and audience participation! There was also a travel excursions shop a 1 minute walk from the hotel if you wish to venture out of Bali, our trip to Chania/Elafonisi was not only stunning (would recommend!!!) but easily booked and they also picked us up right outside the hotel. One slight problem we faced was that we realised neither room had hot water the first day, so we informed the staff at the front desk and they were very efficient at fixing the issue - we had hot water for the rest of the tr
