Travel with group of friend and the price offer is affordable. Location is good and better use motorbike if wanna go around. The staff is friendly and helpful with always smile. We get the welcome drink while waiting the room to be ready. The room is spacious and love the balcony were can get pretty nice view. The cleanliness overall can be improve especially the smell of the room and batroom. The light is too yellow and I think better to get some change for a better view at night and the good one is for muslim especially, the hotel provide prayer direction sign. Hotel also offer currency exchange which a good and did try the massage at the hotel which is so good.

We had a bad situation wer bathroom no movable shower....hard for kids...other all ok...no issue..so far good

Hotel is at good location.
Service was okay. During our stay the lift was under maintenance for half of the time and they did not inform about it at the reception.
The room doors are not soundproof. Lot of noise from the neighbourhood.

I love this hotel due to its location, although its a quiet area it only take about 5-10 minutes to Kuta Beach by bike. Definitely a walking distance too. Many cafes and shopping around the area. There was a massage place too , the couple massage was amazing. Definitely worth it and I recommend it!

the room was big as i got upgraded to a junior suite.
i ordered for ice and food...the restaurant asked me to come down n collect it myself 😀.
no frills hotel.with a very small pool. the reception was helpful though

Can tell is a very old hotel which needs to upkeep and refurbish for their rooms and bathroom . Bed and pillow too soft for me and the sound insulation is bad . Breakfast was just local dishes , don’t expect more from the kitchen .
Walking distance to restaurants, massage centres and cafes .

A well designed room and stylish room with everything needed but laundry quality, laundry cleanliness and room cleanliness not up to the same standard. Feedback passed directly to management at their request so I won't detail too much.
Quality towels, quality bedsheets and better cleaning standards are needed, although if these things dont bother you too much for the price then its okay
For light sleepers its worth mentioning that the poolside has music until 10pm and the immediate surrounding areas seems to breed roosters that like to start their morning calls at 4am.
Also my first experience of bali hotels providing dirty floor towels. Seems to be a trend.
