4.5/5ExcellentWhat a great hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing - extremely helpful and friendly. Before we went there we informed them about our honeymoon stay. Then they upgraded our room and gave us a free cake. During our visit we had our little incident, and Mr.Wayan Bawa drove us back and forth with so much patience and kindness. And he made our day so much better - he definitely deserves a raise! Ms.Ketut also helped us a lot. Thank you all so much. With you guys we saw the true spirit of hospitality.

5/5PerfectThis was the best part of our Bali trip. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was wonderful and so helpful!! The restaurant was 5 star. Feeding and interacting with the elephants was an amazing, one in a lifetime experience. The elephants looked well care for by the staff. Thank you to the mason elephant lodge for providing this unique and wonderful experience and for rescuing and taking care of these wonderful animals.

4/5Very GoodThe accommodation and the elephants are incredible, it is a great experience to live, what disappointed me a lot is the very simple breakfast and it cost a lot, who knows I would only have reserved a room, the free dinner was spectacular.
