The public areas are beautiful and stunning, but the rooms are a bit run-down. The first room they gave us smelled strongly of mildew, and we had to ask for a change. Honestly, the room felt more like a 3-star hotel experience. Although the staff seemed quite friendly, if you're staying here, I'd recommend booking a higher-category room.

For the second time , we booked our rooms here as a family with the kids. The hotel is good , the scenery is great. Recommended

Atmosphere: We booked a tower sea view room and got a fantastic location. Although we could still see excavators from the construction site, a quick turn revealed an unbeatable ocean view! It was also very quiet at night, with no disturbances. Facilities: The hotel has many pools, especially the big water slide, which kept the kids happy all day. Adults can enjoy it too! For non-swimmers, remember to bring your own swim rings. Hygiene: The room's hygiene was excellent, and cleaning was prompt. However, ordering food by the pool attracted a swarm of flies 🫣 which was a bit annoying while eating. Service: Ms. Laudy, who checked us in, was wonderful. She had a sweet smile and even gave us lollipops 🍭. During our stay, my child lost their hat, and the concierge staff helped us find it, which we greatly appreciate! Also, the hotel's evening Barong dance performance was truly spectacular! And the Bali BBQ buffet was great 👍

Definitely will come back again. Is newly renovation , the room n very cleans sometime will have monkey as visitors .

Before arriving, I was a bit worried about the construction nearby, but it turned out to have no impact at all. We didn't hear any noise by the pool, and even our room, located on the far left, was completely quiet. The pools are beautiful; there are about five or six of them, including a super long 30-meter slide, a kids' slide, and water basketball. Basically, we spent two whole days relaxing at the hotel and didn't leave once. It's perfect for a first stop in Bali if you're looking to just unwind. We tried three of the hotel's restaurants. We had lunch every day at Breeze by the sea, and dinner every night was a candlelight dinner at another seaside restaurant, and all the food was delicious.

Loved it! Booked a pool view room and was pleasantly surprised to have a direct sea view – it felt like the ocean was connected to the pool. The breakfast was really good and plentiful, such a shame I only had it for one day and missed out on another because I overslept.

We had an amazing time at the Hilton! Amazing staff and facilities! We will definitely come back in the future :)

Pretty good, very clean. The folded towels were a nice local touch, very cute! The staff told us to always keep the windows closed because there might be monkeys, and sure enough, we saw a monkey family the next afternoon! 😃

I recently stayed at Hilton Bali Resort and overall it was a really pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere immediately stood out. The resort has a calm and relaxing vibe, surrounded by beautiful scenery that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the stay. Whether it was walking through the gardens or just sitting by the pool, everything felt peaceful and well maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the staff. The team was consistently friendly, polite, and very welcoming. They were always ready to help with any request and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would like to sincerely thank Desak, Aditya, Susanti, and Mastra for assisting me during my stay. Their kindness and support truly made a difference and left a lasting impression. Cleanliness was also excellent. The rooms were neat, tidy, and well taken care of, and the common areas were kept in great condition. It is clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining a high standard, which I really appreciated. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the availability of halal food options. While there were some choices, having a wider variety or clearer options would make the stay even better, especially for Muslim guests. Overall, everything else was very good. The facilities, the environment, and the service all came together to create a memorable stay. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

I've been to Bali many times but never considered staying at a Hilton. This time, I had a layover in Yogyakarta and saw a good price, so I decided to stay for one night. To my surprise, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in Bali. The only thing that might make me hesitate is the shower – the water pressure was really low, making it a bit uncomfortable to wash. I hope they can improve that in the future.

The room terrace is very spacious with an excellent sea view. Although there's a construction site nearby, we barely heard any noise. If you're staying in the Cliff Tower, I recommend asking the front desk for a room further away from the construction to avoid any impact on your balcony view. Both Elara and The Shore restaurants are fantastic; you absolutely *must* try the 'passionfruit texture' dessert I've pictured. The massage was also great. However, I'd advise against the evening BBQ at Paon Bali – it's definitely not worth the price.

Really loved the water slide at the hotel, it was so much fun! Just be aware that the water is a bit deep, so if you can't swim, you might want to be cautious. The night view was absolutely stunning, and the housekeeping staff were lovely – they folded different towel art every day!
