Fantastic experience at hard rock.
The pool is massive with loads of sections & activities.
The kiddos enjoyed their stay with hard rock!
Hotel is located across Kuta beach.

Hard rock hotel Bali has great facilities in their hotel area. we had excellent customer service experience from our arrival to our departure. Bellboys, house keeping and reception staff are very polite and helpful. Room service food are up to standard. My kids are happy to stay here too. Hope to stay again with this hotel in the future.

Liked the pool. My boy enjoyed. Service was excellent but not sure if it was coincidental, when we did not have change to give for tipping, our doorbell rang once in the day and one in the night with no one outside the door. Called the reception to tell them it was frightwning as my liytle one spontaneously opened the door and all they said was to get the security to check the camera. Asked for room changed but I was not entertained.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We request a birthday cake and they gave us free delicious cake and its also cute. My children very happy with the facilities. Will stay here again next time

A Wonderful Stay at HARD ROCK Hotel!
This was our second trip to Bali, and we chose HARD ROCK Hotel and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we felt an immediate sense of warmth and familiarity. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with bright smiles and genuine friendliness, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay.
Our kids absolutely loved the hotel’s swimming pool and the nearby beach. They spent hours playing and having a great time! The breakfast was also fantastic, with a delicious variety of options to satisfy the whole family. What’s more, the hotel’s photo booth service was such a lovely touch, it allowed us to capture precious memories of our stay that we’ll cherish forever. The location is unbeatable too, walking to kuta’s city center and all its attractions was quick and convenient.
We can’t wait to come back on our next Bali trip! Thank you to the amazing team at HARD ROCK Hotel for creating such a memorable experience for our family. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay ! Great breakfast buffet . Amazing swing pool . We stayed there for the pool and it didn’t disappoint us. Kids swam everyday for 3 hours or more 😀
Rooms were spacious. Free drinking water and toiletries.
