Normal check-in and checkout service will resume at 06:00 on the following day. During the Silent Day, local people will stay at home for meditation, NO working, NO cooking, NO eating and WILL NOT go outside. Public service will STOP operating for 24 hours in the whole Bali. According to the hotel notice, during the epidemic prevention period, if the hotel’s airport shuttle service has been booked, all passengers are required to wear masks when riding, otherwise the driver may refuse to provide services.Masks must be worn in the hotel room and all public areas. When entering the Hotel, temperature measurement and hands disinfection are required. Anti-epidemic facilities will be placed throughout the hotel (lobbies, public restrooms, restaurants, spas, etc.). Guests are advised to use hand sanitizer to disinfect their hands regularly, and it is recommended that only one person per villa performs the check-in procedure. Daily villa cleaning schedule is from 10:00 - 15:00 based on request upon arrival or confirmed on guest registration form at front desk. Laundry service is available from 8:00 - 15:00.Villa service Available from 08:00 to 22:00.Guests are requested not to bring food from outside the resort and service for reheating food is discontinued during the pandemic.Only Aira Cafe and Swim-up Bar is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, on an à-la-carte basis.
