A poorly managed hotel, I called at airport asking if they provide shuttle service, they answered yes and sent the car, without mentioning it is not free. When I got to?the hotel, I was charged 300,000IDR.

Love love loved everything about our stay. Customer service just so exceptional. Resort staff is so lovely, helpful and welcoming. Amazing kids pool, and kids club is small but good too. Bit expensive for drinks & cocktails. They provide nanny services too which is so convenient.
Overall I would highly recommend this place to family with young kids as it is in such closer proximity to good food and shopping with all the amenities within the resort.
Thank you Padma Resort for making our stay memorable and relaxing.

You know you’re in Bali when you stay at the Padma resort. The rooms are modern and spacious, the facilities are second to none and the staff are amazing. It’s a great place for families with children, but equally great for couples as there is an adults only pool overlooking the beach. We upgrade to a pool access room which gave us Club access facilities… Simply amazing.

There is a beach in front of the hotel, so you can walk to see the sunset!! Be sure to go see the real sunset. It’s so pretty.
And the hotel itself is a resort, so it's really pretty, and you don't have to go anywhere, just stay at the hotel!!
The staff were very friendly and greeted me first and made my stay comfortable. This is a hotel I really want to go to again the next time I go to Bali. I really recommend it!!!!!

Stayed for six nights, exceeded expectations! We upgraded the room!
There are many small supermarkets, restaurants and massage parlors on the street in front of the hotel!
The breakfast is very rich, and every reception and restaurant service staff are very loving!
