Westin Properties in Bali

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua! Although the hotel is not brand-new, the facilities are very well maintained — rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Lots of complimentary activities make the stay even better: free bicycles for a loop ride, free canoeing, and sometimes a surprise free ice-cream on the beach in the afternoon. There are evening performances during dinner as well, which our family enjoyed. The spa facilities are excellent. It’s pricey, but truly worth trying once. The only downside: our group booked four rooms and two of them weren’t arranged close together. Connecting rooms would have made things easier — we even had our neighbour’s 4:30 AM coffee delivered to our room by mistake! But overall, we were very happy with our stay. Highly recommend The Westin!

It offered a vast and delicious variety—from local specialties to fresh, healthy options—ensuring everyone in the family, including our picky toddler, started the day perfectly. Unforgettable Moment: A standout memory was being invited to the special Christmas Light Up Party on our check-in day. This magical, inclusive event created such a festive atmosphere, and our son absolutely loved the experience. It was a thoughtful touch that showed the resort's dedication to creating memorable moments for all guests. The Westin Ubud doesn't just offer beautiful rooms and surroundings; it delivers an exceptional, heartfelt service experience that we will never forget. We look forward to returning!
