Had a great stay here, only had one night in between travelling but the service was great , super friendly. The room was clean and cozy. A TV with Netflix topped it all off :)

The room is clean. The four of us live in one house. The price/performance ratio is good and the transportation is convenient. The boss couple enthusiastically provided ingredients for frying the steak and helped clean up.

The rooms were great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The shower also had amazing pressure. I loved that the town centre was only a few streets away. We stayed at another hotel after Avlon Gardens with a higher star rating and Avlon put it to shame. I highly recommend Avlon to anyone travelling to Ballina.

Although this is an older motel, we could not fault the place. Spotless. Roomy. Well appointed.. Reception welcoming. Would definitely stay again if stopping in Ballina.
