Great location, central to shopping. Usually a lovely view of the river from many rooms. Unfortunately, their restaurant (Mezza at the Point), and bar was closed until further notice, so no room service, pre-dinner drinks, food or just to enjoy the view was available. Still the same room rack rate though, even with loss of a fairly major facility. The restaurant was privately owned and would close it's doors for private functions, and there would be no room service during these events, as we found out to our disappointment on other occasions. The Ramada really needs to run it themselves, or charge less to the leaseholders (with guaranteed room service), because there has been change of management over the years, and I watched the steady decline of this last one. A four-star accommodation like the Ramada, that charges the highest rates in the area, should provide an in-house restaurant and room service, as it's fellow chain hotels do.
