Very quiet location close to town, needs more electric wall sockets, only found 1 double, needs another near the kettle and toaster, bed was comfy but did end up meeting in the middle!

While the property itself is okay, the rating is regarding the poor customer service of the property. Unfortunately the property owner chose to stop communicating and refused a refund ä when there was an order to prepare for evacuation for Ballina CBD in place during tropical cyclone Alfred issued by NSW State Emergency Services. 0 out of 0

Centrally Located - Comfortable I had the friendliest checkin experience. Motel is fine, in a quiet street,the rooms have been somewhat renovated. The air-conditioning could have been positioned better, but in general ok for the price.

One of the cleanest and best appointed motels I’ve stayed at. Well cared for and maintained, quiet and close to town. Highly recommended.
