Los baños se tapan solos, se pierde la ropa, el guardia se la pasa dando vueltas por el mismo piso y por cualquier cosa te reta, mínimo el staff es amable y las camas son cómodas, pero también falta variedad en el buffet no volvería a hospedar aquí

A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar! - O box do banheiro com respingos acho que não foi higienizado antes do meu check in; -sabonete e shampoo em dispenser de má aparência, pareciam sujos. -Tv com imagem ruim e pegava poucos canais; -wi-fi não funcionava direito. - Não estornam valores pagos. Decidi até voltar antes pois não gostei do local, avisei sábado que faria check out no domingo e me informaram na recepção que não realizam estornos de valor da diária restante, o setor comercial de reservas sequer me deu uma resposta formal. Minha experiência foi muito desagradável. Café da manhã foi a única coisa que estava excelente.

Hotel super bem localizado. Há poucos metros da orla. Preço acessível. Quartos amplos e confortáveis, boas roupas de camas. Banheiro bom, ducha super forte. O único ponto negativo são os sabonetes e shampoo/ condicionador em um display. Não acho muito funcional. Café da manhã variado. Com bastante opções. Piscina e sauna. A academia estava em reforma durante a minhas estadia. É um ótimo custo X benefício O restante do hotel é bem legal, com hambúrguera deliciosos.

Atendimento atencioso e quarto confortável caracterizam este bom hotel de bom café da manhã. Existe muita variedade e opcoes nos bolos. O check in é rápido, a piscina aquecida e' pequena e cheia de cloro e o estacionamentoem frente é pago pelos hospedes

Quarto limpo, extremamente confortável Muito bom atendimento Nos concederam 1:30 a mais no Check out Únicas duas coisas que tenho a reclamar é que o chuveiro espalha água demais e como o box é muito pequeno, para dar banho em criança vc é obrigada a entrar junto no banho senão alaga o banheiro todo e o café da manhã que na minha opinião é bom, mas poderia ter mais qualidade em alguns itens, como suco por exemplo, que pareciam aquela sucos tipo tang De resto só elogios Maravilhoso custo benefício

Nossa reserva era para 5 pessoas e não havia quarto disponível. Tivemos que nos hospedar num quarto para quatro e foi acrescentado um colchão. As toalhas são velhas e encardidas que dava nojo de usar. Pedi toalhas melhores e não fui atendida. Banheiro com cheiro de esgoto. Box do banheiro pequeno e chuveiro mal posicionado, ao ponto de não ter como ligar o chuveiro sem se molhar. Lençóis encardidos e furados de tão velho. Travesseiro… nem se fala. Café da manhã com variedade mas a qualidade do café em si é terrível. E não paguei nada barato por essa hospedagem horrível.
