Edgbaston Park Hotel has been recognised for many industry leading accreditations and has recently been accredited the Gold award from Green Tourism.

Two historic buildings which were bequeathed to the University are also part of the hotel and have been tastefully restored - Hornton Grange a 1928 redbrick former family home and Garth House a Grade II-listed Arts and Crafts building built in 1900.
The intellectual - scientific and cultural achievements of the University of Birmingham are honoured in the hotels room names from ground-breaking obstetrician Dame Hilda Lloyd to pioneering prison reformer Margery Fry. The 1900 restaurant is named for the Universitys founding date.

The room was quite spacious and offered much better value for money compared to staying in London. It was quiet and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was also very plentiful and varied. It's about a 15-minute drive from Birmingham New Street Station, with a taxi costing around £7.

Stayed here again recently, lol! The walls in the room really need a fresh coat of paint, but everything else was great, and the staff were all very friendly. I was quite surprised to find two peepholes on the door (though I didn't use either of them!).

Nice staffs and decent breakfast. Safe to stay in here cause it is run by the University. Many restaurants nearby and close to the train station. Lovely place, would recommend if you join any function here.

Way over priced for what it is! Rooms average, not as good as a premier inn and breakfast wasn’t great!
One thing I. Will say though is the reception and bar staff as well as the friendly housekeeping lady and lady at breakfast check in were absolutely amazing! I travel a lot and they they were some of the best I have met!

Clean and fresh decor. Had a very peaceful night here prior to watching sporting event at Edgbaston stadium which was half an hour walk away.

Located on a university campus, it felt quite safe, and taking a walk around was very pleasant. It's a business-style hotel, and all aspects were generally satisfactory. While it's only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the city center, this hotel was wonderfully quiet and comfortable, especially when compared to the bustling crowds of downtown Birmingham.
