The room was large, the breakfast was plentiful, and the 24-hour front desk had hot water and coffee, which was very friendly. The only downside was that although the windows were large, they couldn't be opened, and the air conditioning was quite noisy.

I stayed for four days, but the room was only cleaned once, and the amenities were only replaced once. This is hotel policy, but they only clean the room once every two days, and there were no water, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. Notably, although we booked for three people, only two amenities were provided. There was no bottled water in the room, so I had to ask for it at the counter every time, which was inconvenient. Parking was available in the paid parking lot, but I parked in the public lot right in front in the evening and left in the morning, and it cost me $70. It was a burden, but it was more than I bargained for.

The manager in duty, Monica E. was very helpful and accommodating. Our bathroom tub was not maintained correctly and she immediately moved us to another room, all while handling multiple other situations that were of concern. She will be the reason I stay there again.
