Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor

The hotel has a good location and convenient parking (the hotel has its own parking lot; valet parking is $45/day, and private parking is $35/day, with cars able to enter and exit at any time; there is a large public parking lot on a street behind the hotel, with a full-day parking fee of $16/day, but if you leave midway, the fee is calculated at $6/hour, $10/3 hours, and $15/12 hours). It's only a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the Inner Harbour and the Aquarium, offering beautiful views. There's a Whole Foods supermarket and many restaurants near the hotel, making dining and shopping very convenient. Every staff member at the hotel was very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite substantial. The only drawback was that the sofa in our room was old and had indelible oil stains (not unwashed, but impossible to remove). Although Ctrip customer service contacted the hotel promptly, the hotel was fully booked that day and had no rooms available for replacement. The staff added two clean sheets as compensation (which wasn't very helpful, mainly because it was unsightly during the day). However, apart from that, the beds, bathroom, and other areas of the room were very clean. Overall, the hotel is quite good, and the surrounding area is relatively safe; it's worth recommending.

When I returned, my room hadn't been cleaned. I asked the front desk, and they said I needed to make an appointment. Then I asked the other cleaning staff, and they said the person who cleaned my room hadn't come to work that day—they were just trying to fool me.

設施算比較新，距離inner harbor 步行10分鐘，地理位置在核心區的邊緣。住這裏距離JHU開車也就15分鐘，所以考慮去jhu的，這裏交通完全不是問題。

先住了一個房間，有個機器，有很大的噪音。換了一個房間，噪音沒了，但是一直通風，空調關了也沒用。床單感覺不乾淨，睡了一會，就癢。
