Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor

Very clean, Didn't like my room it was facing the highway all I heard was automobiles going up and down the highway, I finally went to sleep .

It was fairly clean. Location was great for m&t stadium concerts Service was fair Amenities was alright. Chill by the pool

Loved our stay at Hyatt for BTS D1 in Baltimore. Great locatin right on the bay and walkable to many places including the stadium. I was able to check-in early which I had requested and made the rest of my night much easier than if we had to wait. The front desk gentleman was incredibly helpful, hospitable and kind. The room was great, except a slightly finnicky bathroom sink, dripped a lot. The view in the elevator was also wonderful, especially at night. Thank you so much!

Great experience overall! Clean, comfortable, easy check in, delicious breakfast! Only complaint is paying for parking. Hotel guests should NOT be required to pay for parking, period.

We were in town for a concert and we waited 4 hours to get our room before the concert and ended up getting ready in the hallways. We waiting in a long line 3 times because the desk kept telling us to check back later and to keep an eye on our phones for a text message for when our room was ready. We never received that text message. Unfortunately I think the situation at hand and the way it was handled was the issue other than that the hotel itself was fine. The desk had no information as to why the room was taking so long or when it would be ready. And when we asked they were rude about it and said that we were 1 of 500 guests trying to check in so we would just have to wait.

Excellent location and staff were all very friendly.
