The location is excellent, right on the Inner Harbor, surrounded by numerous restaurants. We booked a suite with two excellent bathrooms and a panoramic view of the harbor. The hotel's design is modern, and the infinity pool offers direct views of the harbor. The only drawback is parking, as parking is restricted in the central area. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with an evening piano concert that ends around 10:30 PM.

Staff, especially Terrance, Brittany, and Issa, were exceptional! Their kindness and professionalism were extremely helpful!! Also, a big shout out to the housekeepers-the rooms and other spaces were spectacular!! Sadly it rained most of our trip and we could not enjoy the outdoor pool. The ducks did tho!

My friend and I stayed here as a weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. We did have an issue with valet but they corrected it immediately and gave us a discount on the cost. The hotel is stunning, lives up to all the hype.

Stayed at Pendry Baltimore recently and was disappointed. The cleanliness was poor; bathroom ceiling had cracked paint and the ventilation system appeared moldy. Service at the bar was also lacking, with staff coming off as rude and inattentive. Food quality didn’t help either; the meatballs were extremely salty. For the price point, this property should feel premium and well maintained. Having visited a few years ago, I can clearly notice a decline in overall standards.

This may be in the top three hotels I’ve stayed at. Well located, excellent service – the couple things we needed, they very fairly accommodated - and the view of the harbor really is stunning and unusual. Well done.
