The hotel is located in a beautiful place. The staff is very attentive and responsive. The food offered at the hotel was very tasty. Walks around the lake were delightful! The lack of proper mobile reception didn't bother us; in fact, it made the stay even more comfortable. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

This place is simply magical, an extraordinary and timeless setting on the lake. The staff members are incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The rooms are extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The food was varied, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious! Activities are fantastic and perfectly organized, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. This was truly one of the best experiences of our entire trip to Thailand. If you have to choose just one hotel on the lake, this is the one. We recommend it 1000%!

Our 1 night stay was wonderful. Too bad it rained all the time, but there's nothing anyone can do about that. The view is amazing! The food is delicious and the people are very friendly. The room was clean, but very noisy and you can feel it rocking back and forth on the water. The boat tour was fun, we saw monkeys.

Absolutely perfect, this place is just amazing, the location and setting is out of this world. There are restrictions on air con and WiFi as you would expect, but nice to be discounted from the world. The food was superb! Staff amazing too, especially our guide.

This place was amazing. From the views to staff, everything was great. We really enjoyed our time here. The only thing to note, which is NOT a complaint, is that the rooms are kind of small - this is just reality for a floating bungalow. If possible, pack a smaller bag (e.g. carry-on luggage) instead of a large suitcase, as that’ll leave you more space in the room.
