No lift in property. Rooms are very small as compared to tarrif. I paid 44500 for 3 rooms. Very poor facilities. Instead booking tbis property i should have booked something else. During checkout also staff behaviour was very rude. We checked out at 11am and our family was sitting in reception because our train got delayed. Weather was so hot outside. Hotel staff continuously poked us to leave property and don't sit in reception area. This treatment we got after paying 44500.

Room intercom not working, electrical sockets and wires were exposed. Food was ok and property location was good

Food is average and takes more than average time to serve… even for water they take more than 5 mins to serve even in dining area

The room down was dirty and smelling. For food like puri sabhji in morning, i had to wait more than 45 min, still it did not come. The staff service and management is pathetic. Infact i am have been using make my trip, but this hotel was the worst among all.

I was asked to pay extra at the hotel as i had booked a room but only mentioned one adult and they charged extra for one more adult

The stay was average, room service was below average, not able to get hot water during my stay and the hotel could not resolve the issue. There is scope for a service improvement.

It used to be a palace turned into hotel. All amenities expected from a hotel in this price range are there. Room service and housekeeping is prompt. Front desk personnel were helpful. Nonveg food not available. Restaurant food seemed a bit overpriced. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Overall pleasant stay. Maintenance should be improved. Tourist spots are within 5 km. Need to pay rs 250 for e-auto each side.

1: i have never seen a bathroom with holes in it, but i had the pleasure of witnessing it at kamay kohinoor palace. 2:cleaning of the room was not done on the second day of stay. 3:half of the items in the menu were not available.

Out side hotel is good inside bathroom is very bad. Beds also not up to the mark. They hv placed hotel pics different than original when we enquired they adamantly replied ask make my trip people. Request everyone pols donnot stay in this hotel they are cheating customers
