Hotel with a good environment and good location. Swimming pool have a nice view. Waiter service very good. A lot of nice food around the hotel.

I would like to start with the hotel location which is the best thing in this hotel. Near the oultlet which is good for shopping. The room was dirty and smells very bad and bathroom is full of mold and the we couldn't drain the water from the sink. Cockroaches the unwanted visitors we had to kill each one of them🤢. They charged 200K for late checkout! We just checked out at 13:45 which just 45 min late.
Honestly I don't know how they got their 4 stars!

I am so grateful for this hotel to be honest..it is beside Rumah Mode(Premium Outlet)around 50M walking distance..the room is super fresh and it has a rooftop bar 😜
