Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.

Compare other hotels near it.it is the best one for this price.We check other hotels around, this furniture inside is still modern, and inside the room still has space to walk around.
Breakfast makes sense for that price. Not complaining.

Full spread breakfast included even tho app says no breakfast. Cable TV 70 channels! Can ask for hair dryer. Has elevator, bedroom slippers, mineral water, shampoo & soap, toothbrush & toothpaste. Close to shopping district, 5 min walk to new, huge shopping mall
