This is my second time to stay at Rimrock Resort Hotel. The hotel location is in walking distance to the gondola station of Sulphur Mountain, very convenient for visiting this beautiful sightseeing point. The room is also very clean and comfortable, especially for the beds. I always enjoy the stay at this hotel when I have the chance to visit Banff.

Stay at Rimrock Resort was wonderful right from checkin to checkout. The ladies at checkin were very friendly and professional. They provided us with a free upgrade to the mountain view room on 9th floor. The room had wonderful views and made our stay memorable. We tried buffet breakfast as Primrose and really loved their smoothies. Service was great too. Unfortunately couldn't use pool and hot tub since they were closed on the day of our stay . I wish we could have stayed few more days at Rimrock

This room is very good, very much like Fairmont, beyond expectations, I will choose to stay here next time, the mountain view outside the window is very feel, I was charged 8 dollars more, need to explain

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Sulphur Mountain Cable Car, and you can walk there. The hotel also has a hot spring. The hotel is not expensive, and the service attitude is also very good. The first time I stayed, I was arranged to stay on the 8th floor, which had no view. The second time I stayed, I specifically requested a room with a view of the mountains and trees. The front desk was very good.
