Room was in excellent condition as was the bathroom. Room was very large with a king bed, two large sitting chairs in front of a wood burning fireplace and a separate desk area. Restaurant had interesting signs and was very good. The Inn is a little far from Banff center to be able to walk there.

H T (Jakarta)On March 19th 2026 at noon, I called the hotel and spoke with a lady who seemed to be the manager.
I told her that I couldn’t drive to Banff from Kamloops because of the road closure on Trans-Canada Highway 1 and Highway 93 due to the bad weather—heavy snow, a force majeure situation, Mother Nature herself!
That lady didn’t want to cancel my reservation and give me a full refund. I asked her which road I should take, but she couldn’t answer.
I had to take alternate roads to Jasper, Hinton, Evansvurg, Drayton Valley, Rocky Mountain House, Sundre, Cochrane, and finally arrived at the hotel around 2 a.m.
That lady really should have not been working at the hotel.

J:I stayed on the 2nd floor, and the view was absolutely beautiful with excellent facilities. The only thing to note is that you have to check-in at a different hotel.

Guest UserReally enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and the staff were very accommodating from check-in until checkout. They even offered complimentary coffee and tea upon arrival which was such a nice touch.
What made our stay extra special was how they surprised our son with a birthday cake and restaurant credit for his birthday. Super thoughtful and truly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay memorable

It was alright. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. There was a good variety of tea bags and beverages, and the location was great. However, the hygiene could use some improvement.

You can transfer to other buses at the town center to reach nearby attractions. The room conditions are average, but the cleanliness is good, and it's very quiet. The price is moderate, making it a decent value for money during peak season. You might even spot some small animals in the early morning.

The room was clean and tidy, 39 square meters, with a kitchen, dining area, and fireplace for heating – exceeding my expectations. There was indoor parking, a water sports center, sauna, and swimming pool. The environment was beautiful. The hotel provides Roam bus tickets to Banff town, allowing unlimited free rides on town buses, which is very convenient.

Guest UserThe RCL was a complete surprise to me the junior suite was recently updated and was amazing, so much space with a great fireplace, large comfortable bed, attractive furnishings, coffee, fridge, ironing board, lovely robes and a swimming pool and steam room with little gym plus free apples and flavoured water in reception, would definitely stay again. Plus the only downside was the underground parking which costs $20 per night

XinqiaoEverything about this hotel, from its facilities to its service, was impeccable. The room was wonderfully warm, and all the other details were almost perfect. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, and the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
