They put us in a room of a lower category, correspondingly cheaper, with an area of ​​30 square meters, without wi-fi, dishes (they brought a frying pan after asking, but we never received any cutlery), the cabinets in the room were occupied by the owners’ utensils (for 2 days we kept ours things on the floor). We were extremely outraged, but the landlords apologized so much and asked for forgiveness, asking us to be patient for 2 days and they would move us to our room, since it was now occupied. And we foolishly went to meet them. On February 14th we are finally moved to the room we originally booked. The room is extremely tired, as is the whole complex, although everything is very old, broken, rotten and not working. Shock number 2: They came into our room when we were not there to find the key to the previous room and turned off the air conditioners😳 A few days later the Internet disappeared, which we asked to be fixed, it worked for exactly one day. But our troubles with this housing did not end there. When checking out, we asked to return the difference for the first two days, because we stayed in a cheaper room category... and this incident remained unresolved. The owners simply refused to refund the difference. They began to lie and dodge, as if we had booked this room ourselves, and they were so kind and upgraded our room category, then they began to offer to put 200 baht on the phone, what vile and petty people there are. Ugh. In general, we do not recommend that you contact these people; you risk being deceived. The photo in the attachment does not correspond to reality. The headboard of the bed was covered in mold and the air conditioner had never been cleaned at all.

The tiger massage next to it is very good. There is a massage taxi that can be located near the angry birds playground, which is also very professional. The owner of Three Bears Apartment is Chinese. He is patient and enthusiastic. He recommends places to visit in Pattaya as needed. I have disturbed the owner about 80 times during my two-day stay. I am very sorry. By the way, don’t believe the location of the three bears on Google Maps, it’s inaccurate, you must use the location given by the boss, if the software taxi can be located at the venetian studio, you can find the apartment.
