SS GUESTHOUSE

Very bad. Made a reservation and paid, but when we checked in, they said the room was full???? We traveled from abroad and arrived at the hotel at around 3am, but the staff informed us that the room was full. We called but couldn't get through. We didn't turn on roaming and didn't know about the lack of rooms. The entrance to the hotel is very deep. There aren't even any taxis passing by. The hotel didn't take any responsibility, they just said that they would transfer the money back tomorrow morning. We had to stand and swat mosquitoes, waiting for a taxi, which took more than an hour because no one would accept the taxi service. The hotel didn't even take responsibility for calling a taxi or giving us an address to wait for a car to pick us up. I don't recommend it and am very disappointed!!!!!!! Before we got out of the taxi, we saw a guest dragging his luggage and standing in front of the hotel (at 3am). He called a taxi after us and said that the hotel said the room was full, even though he had already booked the hotel, just like our case. It wasn't okay and we were very angry!!!! It was hot and tiring, and mosquitoes bit us. Think carefully if you want to book. Don't be tempted by cheap prices. (We booked because we had to do some business in Bang Phli.
