The room was well laid out and spacious, not cramped at all. There was a 500฿ cash deposit required. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit too warm, but everything else was great.

So convenient! Being able to lie down and sleep is truly a must-have during long journeys, much more comfortable than sitting in a chair all night (there are still plenty of rows of chairs for travelers to rest on at Suvarnabhumi Airport's B1 level). A few tips: 1. There are shower rooms, but they come with an extra charge. I didn't ask for the specific price. 2. It's a 4-hour stay. Overtime will be charged at 350 Thai Baht per hour. 3. It's very quiet. Personally, I didn't experience the noise issues that some online reviews mentioned, preventing sleep. 4. There are quite a few red-eye flights landing in Bangkok between 0:00 and 02:00. It typically takes about an hour to collect luggage, clear customs, and get a tourist SIM card. When booking, you can estimate your arrival time about 1.5 hours after landing. 5. It's located just a short walk past the CITY LINE ticket machines. The food stalls nearby start getting lively and serving breakfast from around 6 AM, so you can grab a bite before taking the City Line into the city after checking out.

Excellent hotel for a comfortable long layover. It's located on the same level as the subway, so you can easily get there even with a luggage trolley. It's surprisingly quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – my child and I both had a wonderful rest. The ventilation is good, and everything is clean. There's a small table, a chair, outlets, and Wi-Fi. They even provide water for a 4-hour stay upon check-in. There's also a 7/11 on the same floor where you can order hot food and eat it in your room. The only downside is that there are no restrooms on this floor; you'll have to go up a level.

I booked this hotel because I arrived in the early hours and didn't want the hassle of going into the city. Due to the unusual arrival time, I wasn't sure how to select the date, so I just went with the typical domestic booking method. Shortly after booking, I received an email and realized the date was incorrect. After emailing them, they helped me adjust it without needing to cancel and rebook. Then, my flight was heavily delayed, and with a lot of people, I ended up arriving at the hotel nearly two hours later than planned. Throughout this, I communicated with them multiple times via email, and they assured me they would hold my room, which was a huge relief. They even started counting the 4-hour stay from my actual check-in time, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is located a bit further in, off the airport express line. The room isn't large, but for a by-the-hour room, which is essentially for temporary stays, I think it was excellent.

Super convenient! Just head to the B floor, follow the signs (towards the hotel direction), and you'll find it. It's compact and clean, perfect for someone who only needs a 3-hour rest! I forgot my coat at the hotel, and after contacting them, I was able to pick it up on my return trip; they kept it safe and sound for me.

The room was clean and had everything except a private bathroom, which is fine for a temporary stay. The timed rate was accurate, no more, no less, so it's a good option for a four or five-hour stay, but not worth it for a longer duration.
