Siam Mandarina Hotel - Free BKK Airport Shuttle

It was amazing but the pool was little bit dirty hope to clean every morning! But the breakfast was delicious!!

A very good option for those with early morning flights from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport... I chose this specific hotel based on its proximity to the Airport as I wanted to be there by 9am and the hotel offers a complimentary transit bus both from and to the airport. Additionally Breakfast is open from 4am onwards and is a great buffet based on both International and Asian food. 2 for 1 Cocktails were available from the basement bar from 5pm till 7pm and these were reasonably priced from an English perspective. The main restaurant has an extensive menu of Western and Thai dishes. Reception staff were excellent...

I embarked on my inaugural flight from Hat Yai to Suvarnabhumi on 13 December 2025. After landing in Suvarnabhumi, I quickly looked for Exit A at the terminal building, turned left and walked towards Gate 5. At Gate 4, no Immigration officer stopped me to check my travel particulars. Within ten minutes, I joined other guests to board the free shuttle service to Siam Mandarina Hotel. I am grateful to Siam Mandarina Hotel for arranging me to stay on the fifth floor. At night, the airport is beautiful and I am able to see planes take off at night and during the day. Siam Mandarina Hotel has updated its logo on toiletries, allowed outdoor concert and dining at the Joy Square at its premises and broadened the variety of options for complimentary breakfast. The restaurant staff during lunch time allowed me to bring salad to the third floor terrace garden for dining during the brief stops for external dining. The hotel's Crystal Restaurant is closed during the day after breakfast hours. Lunch is provided at the restaurant's bartender area. The last afternoon timing for the free shuttle service to Suvarnabhumi Airport is at 5.35 pm.

Stayed here for a short transit near Suvarnabhumi Airport, and overall it was a very comfortable and convenient experience.The biggest plus is the free airport shuttle, which made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes from the airport, so it’s perfect for layovers or early flights.

Spacious room, super friendly team, the hotel looks like all in one place: restaurant, bar, gelato, outdoor live singer, souvenir shop, gym etc. Too bad not enough time to explore and enjoy the facilities as in between flight transit. Stayed for one night due to a quick turnaround transit flight. But really satisfied with the hotel. The hotel provides free airport transfer services to and from BKK airport at specific timings. You just need to make booking with the hotel to confirm space in the mini van. Hotel room is clean and spacious too. We enjoy the sumptuous Thai food dinner at the hotel restaurant. All the service staff we encountered were very hospitable and warm. Very customer oriented. Will return again if we have a transit flight!
