Location of the hotel is good. But the staffs are unprofessional and their work ethics are not customer friendly.
The rooms are not maintained as per the standard. Bedsheets and pillow covers had hairs and stains.But housekeeping staff were helpful enough to attend our issues. Lights were not working, issue was resolved after an engineer attended it.
Small and congested washroom to accommodate the balcony I guess.
Breakfast spread was satisfactory, again the staff were not customer friendly. There were no hand sanitizer kept on the tables. There were quite a few guest using the buffet spread with their bare hands.
The lift/ elevator had a very foul smell most of the time.
Overall not a comfortable stay. The only thing premium about this property is the brand name Hilton. It's nowhere close to the Hilton standards I have experienced in past.

Amazing dining experience and food..Great options for alacarte and buffet.. Monish was great in assisting us from finding us the right seating to serving the amazing delicacies.. It was a great family time spent.. Happy to dine again.. Thanks for the hospitality

The staffs here are very friendly and always ready to help whenever you need something. I met this person named Joy from housekeeping he as his name suggests spreads Joy. He is very friendly and always has a smile on his face. I had a great time staying here.

Great and spacious rooms Good restaurant and pub at the terrace. Extremely helpful staff providing great service. Special mention for Dipon from room service who took great care through my stay. Rooms come with small kitchen, balcony, washing mc and dryer which is extremely helpful during longer stays.

A little delayed in sharing my review, but it was an amazing experience at the hotel. We booked for a lunch gathering of family members and it was a memorable experience. Right from the query to Rishabh, he ensured every aspect was looked into. From the best deals, to discussing every option, he was always there. And then on the day of lunch, the entire restaurant team of Dewan, Alok, ***ish, Argha, Nikli and Vijay, it was an amazing experience. We had an elaborate buffet and a small section all to our ourselves in the restaurant which made the occassion memorable. And at the best rates, this lunch buffet was a precious find. All the guests left happy and excited about the place and the hospitality. Keep it up team and Kudos to you all !!

Decent hotel. A little dated, but makes up for it with great Service and location. Food was also very good. Would stay here again. Top floor has open pool and bar which is great for relaxing and catching some sun. The Gym was weak and needs some help.

Me and my husband came out for a date at noon. The ambience is too good. The food we ordered is at time. The lunch was too good . I really enjoyed the malai jhinga starter. Monish and Dewan been really warm in their service. We enjoyed their hospitality and food suggestions. I would highly recommend this place.
