At the end of Sukhumvit 11. Busy area and quite noisy at night. Great location for the BTS and for Terminal 21 (which we visited daily) Friendly helpful staff with a gratefully appreciated ride to the airport which didn’t rip our faces off. If you can handle the nightlife it’s a great place to stay.

Location
Chose this location because I was attending a conference at QSNCC. It was actually within walking distance (20 minutes) but it was too humid to walk. Recommend that you take the MRT (Sulhumvit to QSNCC).
Service and Room
Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious (more than adequate for solo traveller). Wifi was strong enough for work video calls.
Amenities
No frills business hotel, small but functional gym for light workouts. Pool is under utilised. Breakfast has limited variety - the only thing I ate on repeat were eggs and bread.

Location is great and they also provide a complementary 24/7 Tuk Tuk service to/from hotel to the main road. Rooms and amenities were basic but adequate for short stays. We booked 3 rooms and tried requesting rooms on the same floor. They could only allocate 2 on the same floor, which were on the ground floor. One room was dark due to smaller windows and little daylight smelled damp and had other unpleasant odours. Once the aircon was on full blast, it wasn’t as bad.
