We had a nice experience of staying in this hotel. It mad us feel like at home. Whenever we had any questions, the hotel stuff were very kind and patient to help. This hotel is worth being recommended.

Shower wasn’t giving out much hot water, i took practically cold shower every night. Stingy on tissue paper.. only 1 in bathroom. And it was one quarter full, below it is a box to prop it up.. ridiculous..

We stayed at the SAM E hotel for 3 nights in January, and we've had a lovely experience there. The guest service was excellent, we really felt taken care of. The room was clean, with all the amenities needed, and there were some snacks on the table waiting for us. The only thing that we think should be improved is the sound insulation- the windows were pretty thin, so we could hear the noise from the road. But overall, we would stay there again if we would come to to Bangkok in the future.

Hotel was amazing new and nice. Bed were great. There is 7-eleven below and BTS just 5 mins walk. Amazing Hotel. Keep it up! Service was fantastic too

Stayed at Sam E Hotel for a 3D2N vacation. The hotel, which opened its doors in September/October 2023, was still undergoing some work on the rooftop bar. The service experience was exceptional throughout the stay. Upon arrival, the security guided guests to the hotel lobby on Level 2. A welcome drink was promptly served while the check-in process was underway. Surprisingly, the room was ready in less than 10 minutes, possibly due to the hotel's newness and lower occupancy. Before heading to the room, I had the pleasure of meeting Fon, the service manager, a genuinely friendly and hospitable lady. She shared insights about the hotel, including details about its founder, Mr. Sam E, whose name graces the establishment. As a hobby collector of mineral stones, the 1st level of the hotel also has a jewellery store showcasing some of Mr. Sam E’s collections economically priced. I booked the King Comfort room, spanning 28m², equipped with a King-sized bed, a separate toilet and bath with a rain shower, and complimentary mineral waters, cokes, teabags,a local tidbit snack (which, unfortunately, I forgot to bring back 😭) and free WiFi. The highlight was undoubtedly the spacious and comfortable king-size bed at 2.1m wide. The hotel's central location ensures a convenient stay. A 7/11 below the hotel offers delicious microwavables, which Thailand is known for. The BTS Surasak station is a mere 1-minute walk away, providing easy access to various attractions, including one stop from Saphan Taksin station where you pay a 10-baht boat ride to the famous Icon Siam. However, there are a few noteworthy points. The hotel lacks international power sources but provides a universal adapter, which may still be insufficient for some devices. Additionally, the provided clock, functioning as a wireless charger for phones with wireless charging capability, might be challenging to share among multiple guests. In conclusion, I would definitely return to Sam E Hotel when visiting Bangkok, primarily for its outstanding service and excellent geographical location. *One more tip: Opt for public transport like BTS due to Bangkok's notorious traffic congestion. As the hotel is relatively new, it may not be available on private hire apps like Grab. Be prepared to guide the driver using Google Maps to avoid any confusion. 😉

The location is excellent, next to BTS, the environment is clean, the bed in the room is big, the bathroom is also big, there is free coffee and bread in the morning, I think it is very good

Everything is good, the environment and service are very good, especially the front desk staff are very enthusiastic. The room is also good. The sewer in the bathroom was blocked on the first day. It was immediately cleared when I told it the next day. Thai takeout is packed directly in bags. . There are no plastic bowls or anything. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel can provide bowls~ The only shortcoming is the room. . . How to say it, I don’t know if it’s the BTS outside or the traffic problem. The room will shake when lying down at night😂😂😂I thought it was an earthquake on the first night, and it was still shaking on the second and third days, so I think it should be a problem with the BTS outside😂😂😂😂

Booked for my child and traveled with friends. The feedback came back saying that the service was very good. From the pictures, the conditions are not bad.

The hotel is a 1-2 minute walk from the BTS station, making travel very convenient. There is a 7-11 downstairs, and there are also small stalls selling fruits/snacks nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and they quickly helped solve the problem of unstable hot water supply during our stay. Due to fear of noise issues, I specifically requested a high-rise room and tried to meet the requirements. The overall hygiene of the room is good and the space is large. The hotel also provides free snacks when checking in, and free simple bread and coffee are provided every morning, which feels considerate!

Too noisy, too noisy, too noisy! I'm having a nervous breakdown!!!

This is a hotel with both advantages and disadvantages. Disadvantages: too close to the road and noisy Advantages: the service is very nice 1. Free express breakfast, if you buy breakfast, you can get a freshly made set meal. Knowing that we were in a hurry to go out in the morning, the hotel took the initiative to suggest changing to freshly made sandwiches + fruit to take away, which was prepared in advance every day, which was very considerate 2. We bought a big mango, and the restaurant staff helped us peel and slice it

The location is very convenient. You can get on the light rail on the right side of the door. It is very convenient to go to Siam or Butter Bear Mall! It is also easy to find a taxi driver on the roadside. There is a 711 at the door. There is a night market downstairs at night. You can eat in about 50 meters. It is also very convenient to take out breakfast! The room is close to the road and it will be noisy. Friends who have trouble sleeping can communicate with the hotel in advance. The key service staff is very good and enthusiastic, especially the big brother who opens the door downstairs has a strong sense of service. You have to swipe your card to enter and exit, which makes people feel very relieved.
