I tried walking to the pier and then taking a boat across to ICONSIAM; of course, you could also choose other transportation options. Be careful not to turn on the faucet in the sink too much, or water will splash onto your clothes – that could definitely be improved. The swimming pool is on the 7th floor and is open until 11 PM, so you don't have to worry about missing out on a swim if you get back late from exploring. The front desk was very helpful with check-in; even if you don't speak English or Thai, it's fine because they'll translate and show you directly in Chinese, so no worries there. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and is also quite good.

This was my first time in Bangkok, and staying here was a pretty good experience. It's only 3km from the Ferris Wheel Night Market pier, so you can easily walk there for a night cruise on the Chao Phraya River. On the way, you'll pass by a popular riverside BBQ buffet called 'Kodtaly'. It's also very close to the light blue BTS Skytrain line (Saphan Taksin station – just a heads-up, this is a single platform, so make sure you're going the right way!). You can take the Skytrain to see the Big Buddha at Wat Intharawihan, and then transfer to the MRT Blue Line for Wat Arun. Overall, it's quite an okay place to stay.

First time vacationing in Bangkok, Thailand 🏖️. Took a taxi 🚗 from the airport to the hotel 🏨. The hotel is conveniently located near an overpass, with a 7-Eleven, nail salon, and spa/massage parlor nearby. Getting around is super easy. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive. They even upgraded me to a higher floor room. They also proactively helped me book a Grab 🚗 when I was heading out. Just a friendly reminder, the hotel doesn't provide toiletries or slippers. The hotel breakfast is very rich and ends at 10:30 AM 🔚.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Soi Silom, very close to Asiatique The Riverfront – about a 15-minute walk to Sathorn Pier. It's also conveniently located near the subway station, just a ten-minute walk away. The breakfast spread is quite good, and they offer parking. However, the interior space is a bit narrow. The king-size bed in our room was actually two single beds pushed together. Overall, it has a Japanese-style vibe.
