So ******* unprofessional and rude. I ordered delivery, and the concierge send it up in one hour!! I called and they replied to me rudely, if you can’t buy and eat from this hotel restaurant 3 meals a day, dun stay at this hotel or they will blame you for not ordering 3 meals per day from in-house restaurant.

Location is central and services and staff associated with bell captain, house keeping, room service , restaurant are super and extremely friendly. While reception staff are friendly however they lack the attentiveness and acumen associated with front line staff. Look helpless and/ or un empowered to deal with situations usually dealt with by front line staff without manager assistance or advice.
Loyalty program need to be revisited to match other brands in terms of customer value

Cleaniness and room maintenance could be better for a hotel at this level. Service was good though. And spectacular pool was the highlight of the stay.

The room was great, however the shower doesn’t have bathmat（I mean the non-slip mat) I have checked the room in details still couldn’t find it.
Also I reckon the staff service was friendly but the accent can be hardly understood….I have studied in the states for more than 6 years, I am not from English speaking country but the working language is still English…I suggest either the staff speak slowly or learn speaking in Uk/US accent.

It is very close the Erawen Temple. I stayed there with three of my other friends. Hotel is located at a very prime location. It is also very close to the train station. Their breakfast is amazing.
