The hotel is situated in a great location and the staff are very nice. The pool is located on the roof and the gym is very nice too

We stay for 3 nights in this hotel and it was great experience. The staff are nice very accommodating. The breakfast buffet delicious 😋. Overall it's Great hotel 🥰I can recommend if I have friends planning to visit Thailand.

The response from the front desk when I wanted to request airport pickup was slow. As such, I ended up needing to book separate arrangement upon arrival to get to the hotel. The staff were very nice, though it felt like we had some minor miscommunications, which left checkout feeling a bit awkward.
The location is far from the subway stations, but buses are available. There's also a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room itself was clean, though the bathroom had a strange smell, even when I'd come back from touring the city all day. I would still recommend this room if you like a quiet space to relax after touring.

Good location, friendly staff.
The room is big, but the toilet exhaust fan is not working, strong smell in the toilet.
Not too much view can see in the room.
