Convenient location, good rooms, lovely staff

It was conveniently located right next to National Stadium Station. Overall it was similar to a Japanese business hotel, so I didn't really feel like I was in Thailand, but I was happy to be able to see the BTS, BACC, and MBK trains from my room on the 15th floor. It was also convenient to have a 7-Eleven on the first floor.

I stayed with my friends for 3 nights. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk was very polite👍🏻 I will continue to choose this hotel next time I go to Bangkok and give it a big thumbs up😀

Very convenient to travel, in front of BTS. The compact room in front at night also has something to eat.

The hotel is located next to BTS, which is very convenient. There is a 24-hour convenience store in the hotel. You don’t need to go out to buy daily necessities. It is very good. The breakfast is also rich and the coffee is delicious. I will stay here again.

Great service especially the front desk

The environment and hygiene are okay, but the service of some staff at the front desk is particularly poor. Showed her the translator and she said she couldn't understand it. When I wanted to book a room, I just used the calculator and marked 1,570 yuan. It seemed like I was particularly unwelcome to Chinese people. Then I showed her the price of 714 yuan on Ctrip, but she said she couldn’t understand it. It can't be done. In the middle, I answered the phone and conducted business with the Europeans who came later. Finally, I went out and placed an order online directly, and came to see her again. She said there was no queen bed, only a double bed, and I said yes. She said that she might sell a double room to two people she didn't know. In other words, I have to spend 680 to share a standard room with others. It was the first time I heard that. Later I showed her that what I bought was not 680 yuan, but 714 yuan. That is, her house had two prices. 680 yuan for two people to live in, 680 per person. If you choose 714 yuan, it would be One person can stay in a room. In the end, she gave up and couldn't lie to me. It was approved. In the end, I struggled and was told that I could only check in after 3 pm and leave before 12 noon. That's the style of this hotel. One waitress but other staff were nicer. One male waiter was very good. I guess the waitress doesn't like us Chinese people very much.

Excellent location next to the BTS station. Lots of shopping malls nearby - MBK, Siam Paragon, Discovery, Centre. Got a 7-11 at the ground floor too. Room was big but not bright enough. Toilet was tiny. Have to pay to use facilities like pool. TV was also old and not a smart TV, so cannot cast from phone or watch Netflix.

Ibis hotel guests NO free swimming pool services, need to pay 300 baht if needed. Breakfast is good, and location is excellent which just beside BTS station.

The room is very clean. The location is very good. Next to BTS Stadium It's easy to walk to Paragon and MBK. Late at night, sit and win to find Banthatthong food. The employees I met were lovely. There was parking, but the bathroom was small. If it's big, it will be extremely uncomfortable. Just stuck. Doesn't keep any sound at all. Who closed the door with a bang? I heard it until I was startled. Not even Cleaning staff Close the door. The whole floor shook.
